Thank you for your continuous support of the DLC online store. 
The DLC online store will be temporarily closed on the following dates. 

[Regular rest days] Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 

During the holiday, orders placed through the website and those that cannot be dispatched on the same day due to incomplete addresses (which do not affect same-day dispatch) will still be dispatched as usual. However, the following services will be suspended:
- Responding to all inquiries
- Confirming bank transfers and other payment methods
- Changing or modifying order details
- Returns and exchanges
- Delivery instructions for pre-ordered items and items purchased together with same-day dispatch items 

Delivery in case of incomplete address information *Inquiries received during holidays will be replied to in order after the holiday.
*Incomplete address information will result in the inability to ship. Please carefully check the address when filling it in.
*After the holiday, orders and inquiries will be processed in a concentrated manner, and the response time may be longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
