Shopping Guide
· Sizing: Please refer to the "Size Guide" on the product page.
· Stock: Colors/sizes that cannot be selected on the page are sold out. For restocking information, please follow our official social media.
· Repairs: We do not currently offer repair or alteration services.
· Address Changes: Please contact our after-sales customer service via email immediately before shipment. Changes cannot be made after shipment; please contact your local courier directly.
· Order Modifications/Cancellations: Once an order enters "Processing" status, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need a different size/color, we recommend applying for an exchange after receiving your order.
· Shipping Time: In-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM on business days are typically shipped the same day. For pre-order items, please refer to the product page for details.
· Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to prolonged absence, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
General Conditions (All Markets):
· Timeframe: Please contact our after-sales customer service via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).
· Non-Returnable Items: Intimate apparel, accessories, and "Final Sale" items.
· Quality Issues: For items with quality defects, we will cover all shipping costs and process your return or exchange.
Market-Specific Policies:
· Japan: We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size/color. Returns for personal reasons are not accepted, except for quality issues.
· Korea: You are entitled by law to return items within 7 days of receipt without reason ("Right of Withdrawal"), provided the items are in perfect condition.
· Methods: Credit cards, PayPal, and more.
· Taxes: Product prices include destination consumption tax. Any customs duties incurred are your responsibility.
· Shipping: Flat rate of ¥1,000 for Japan; ₩15,000 for Korea. Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000 (Japan) / ₩200,000 (Korea).
