1. Governing Law and Consumer Protection

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China. However, your mandatory legal rights as a consumer in your place of residence (such as Japan or Korea) will not be affected.

2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter may be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration. However, if consumer protection laws in your region provide for a more convenient jurisdiction, those provisions shall prevail.

3. Limitation of Liability

Unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of our services. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory laws of your region.
