This product uses a pleating process, which combines the outer layer of pleated mesh with the inner layer of printed satin pleated to create a visual layered structure that is dense on top and sparse on the bottom.

Fabric Information

This work is a pioneering experiment in the reconstruction of flexible materials. By combining and recombining two textures with different physical energy levels, namely mesh and satin, and using the frequency conversion of wrinkles and distortion (fold frequency) and gravity sensing, a deep visual narrative about light and shadow density and space is constructed.

Outer optical mesh: Selected ultra-fine diameter, high-transparency mesh, whose physical properties exceed excellent Manhattan ratio and structural strength. The fabric surface is treated with a complex wrinkling process, which artificially alters the diffuse reflection path of the fabric, creating a hazy, semi-transparent depth effect for light.



Inner layer satin print: The inner layer is made of high-weight glossy satin. Unlike traditional petticoats, this layer incorporates vertical printed stripes and is simultaneously pleated vertically. This "vertical guideline" physically elongates the curtain modulus, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow (Chiaroscuro) on the sidewalls, giving the dress a profound artistic depth.



Double-layer high-elastic waistband: Utilizing a double-layer elastic system across the entire waistline, this design employs a dual-multiple distribution principle to balance the weight distribution caused by the massive multi-layer structure. While ensuring maximum comfort, it effectively enhances the refinement and support of the waistline, achieving a logical closed loop between technical parameters and ergonomics.
